Our goal is to deliver to the same experience online that you would get if you came to our doorstep. A few things you should know about our online store:
We sell the same products in our shop as we sell online. Any special offers online will also be offered instore.
Our online product prices are based on our Authorized Dealer agreements. All prices are listed at Recomended Retail Price. Any product purchased at the RRP or higher has a full manufacturer’s warranty.
If you find a product in our store being sold cheaper on another South African website or in another store we will match or beat that price.
Our shipping charges are very simple. Purchases of R 2500.00 or more receive free shipping to any major centre in South Africa, charges may apply to smaller towns and areas All other orders have a minimum shipping charge of R 150.00 There are NO HANDLING CHARGES. If you live in the Pretoria or Johannesburg area and would like to pick up your purchase at Reef Dvers directly, then no shipping charges will apply.
We use Churchills couriers to ship products - you will receive a tracking nr. via e-mail and can expect to receive goods within 3-7 working days depending on availibility and delivery adress.
In addition to manufacturer warranties, all purchases have a 30 day Reef Divers guarantee! If you receive a damaged or defective product we will replace that product or give you a full refund. All other products may be returned for full store credit. A 10% restocking fee may apply to refunds of returns of non-defective or wrongly ordered products. Please note that should you wish to return a non-defective or wrongly ordered product that it need be in its original undamaged packaging.
Defective goods will be replaced within 3 -7 working days of us having received the product. Should you require a refund to your account it will refelct on the same credit card you used for the transaction - althought we do the refund as soon as we receive all nesecary documentation ( within 3 days) , you may find that your credit card company takes a while to show the funds on your card - please allow a reasonable time for this.
